I've been thinking a lot about lighting lately, after scoring two new amazing light fixtures at the house.
1. My sweetie husband got me this beautiful Roost squirrel lamp for Christmas from Scout in Royal Oak.
2. I found this amazing danish modern lamp at the same store where I purchased my dresser.
3. Plus, I'm still on the hunt for kitchen light fixtures to replace the terrifying lights that came with the house.
One light that I adore is the Nesso Lamp. Designed by Italian designer Giancarlo Mattioli in 1967. I'd love to find a vintage one. Question is orange or white?
go with white! it'll be so much more of a useful piece no matter where you are living or what colors your walls decide to turn ;) when we were first married we did a few orange things and as taste and style changes it is REALLY difficult to incorporate something orange. white can be just as impacting- and is very classy and chic no matter what the color scheme!
